2. Type of Data Processed

7. Processing and Data Retention Duration

The user's personal details will be processed by the Data Controller only for the time necessary for the purposes described in paragraph 3 above; after this time, they will be retained to comply with specific obligation set by laws or contracts, including tax and civil obligations, and for administrative purposes and/or to exercise or defend the Data Controller's right in the event of pre-contentious or contentious procedures.
